We all know not all projects are alike. So my approach to my clients is to tailor and adapt my methods to each project ensuring they get the type of service they need. Large or Small I have your back.

Step 1: Consultation

Lets talk about your project. what are your goals, budget, timeline, and expectations?

Do you need a full project support? Or is this something you need help organizing or building a project plan? Whatever level of project management you need I am able to guide you along this temporary endeavor.

Step 2: Planning

After we have a sit down and talk about what you want out of your project it is time to do the planning. Lets create a project tracker with timelines milestones and key deliverables.

With the right tools in your arsenal and creative use of AI your project plan will be a force to be reckoned with.

Executing

Now that all building the framework is out the way it is time to execute on the plan we created. Whether the project will an agile, waterfall, or hybrid approach this is where the things gett done.

Closing:

Congratulations! The hard part is done. Now before we pop a bottle and celebrate there needs to be some cleaning up to do. That is where this phase comes in. In order to tie all the loose ends we have to make sure we close out the project and let everyone know it is done.
