AP Specialties LLC specializes in providing comprehensive project management services. From initial conception to final implementation, my methods ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

I have over six years of experience in Lean, Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall methodologies, and have successfully completed more than 20 diverse projects that demonstrate our project management and design prowess.

The strategies that I apply while handling projects are inherent aspects of my personality, making me a natural-born Project Manager. Initially, I had planned to pursue a career in the arts, but I was naturally inclined toward project management after finishing college.

Adventurous: I enjoy a good challenge and am not afraid to try something new, take on additional work, or make tough decisions.
Extreme organization: I possess a keen eye for detail when it comes to organizing events, files, or even a closet! I follow 5S principles even when I'm off the clock.
Excellent customer service with a personal touch: I have worked with a variety of professionals developing strong relationships based on trust and rapport.
Lifelong learner: I believe in continuous improvement and consider learning opportunities to be limitless.
Money-saving tactics: I continuously seek ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency. For instance, I saved $43,000 by repurposing furniture instead of purchasing new furniture.
Pathfinder: I am resourceful and will figure out the most appropriate, innovative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions to problems.
Problem solver: I have been part of project teams in most organizations I have worked in, focused on building operational excellence and improving efficiency.
True grit: I am hands-on with a project, willing to put on work boots, and gloves, and burn the midnight oil to get the job done.
