My name is Alexis Peralta, and I am the founder and owner of AP Specialties LLC, a small, black, woman-owned business based in Phoenix, Arizona. The services I provide are my specialties, where I focus on areas of expertise to meet the unique needs of my clients. I am dedicated to delivering specialized, professional, and creative services to all my clients.
I've always had a flair for creativity. Growing up, I envisioned myself pursuing a career as an artist. However, as life progressed and I entered the workforce, I discovered my passion for project management and tackling captivating projects.
And now, here I stand, merging my innate creativity with my professional expertise in one harmonious space where I can truly flourish.

My approach to working with clients is centered on embracing their vision and goals wholeheartedly. Once I immerse myself in their concept, living and breathing it, I exceed expectations with ease. That is my specialty and where my expertise truly shines.
The dynamics between our creative and logical faculties are fascinating, each inhabiting distinct regions of our brain – the left and the right hemispheres. Reflecting on a conversation I had with a colleague years ago, I had a profound realization about how my mind operates.
I explained to him my pursuit of perfectionism, driven by a need to impose order and logic wherever possible. Yet, I acknowledged that this approach couldn't apply to my artistry; art, by its nature, defies perfection. Attempting to achieve it would only lead to frustration and disillusionment.
Thus, I've learned to channel my left-brain energy into my professional endeavors, embracing structure and precision, while reserving my right-brain creativity for my artistic pursuits. This balance allows me to express myself freely without the burden of perfection, nurturing both my logical and creative inclinations.
